Refund policy

Holiday Return Window:

For gifts ordered between November 1 to December 31, we offer an extended return window allowing you until January 14 to initiate the return process.

General Return Policy:

For physical goods, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and Crochetta will not cover any costs associated with the return.

Requesting a Return:

To initiate a return, please email with your order number and reason for the return. If you send back an item without first requesting a return, we will not accept it.

Damages and Issues:

We always strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition, but accidents can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action to resolve the issue.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. We will then notify you regarding the status of your return and whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund the original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

All pattern sales are final. No refunds are offered once you have completed checkout.
